Orchid Healthcare Technologies, Inc. ("Orchid," "we," "us," or "our") uses this website to share information about our work and respond to business inquiries.

Information you provide through Contact

If you send an inquiry, we collect the business-contact information shown in the form: your name, work email, organization, optional role, and contact intent. For a recurring claim issue, we also collect an organization type and structured issue category. The form sends limited page context consisting of the website origin and pathname so the inquiry can be processed and understood.

The public form does not provide a free-text message field or file-upload field. It is intended only for limited business-contact information.

Do not submit patient, claim, or other sensitive information

Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, claim identifiers, medical-record details, clinical narratives, screenshots, files, payer documents, claim or remittance records, sensitive patient or financial information, or other protected health information. Do not provide this information through the Contact form, scheduling page, email links, or another public website channel.

The public website is not an approved channel for PHI or sensitive claim information.

How we use business-contact information

We use business-contact information to respond to inquiries, determine an appropriate next step, schedule a conversation when requested, maintain appropriate business records, and operate, protect, and improve the reliability of the website and inquiry process.

Submitting an inquiry or booking a meeting does not mean that Orchid Review or another service or engagement has been accepted, scheduled, or made available.

Form processing and external scheduling

The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form submissions are sent directly from your browser to HubSpot for form processing and business-contact management.

If you choose the scheduling link, you leave Orchid's website and open a HubSpot scheduling page. HubSpot may use cookies, storage, analytics, and other technical tools on that external page under its own services and applicable terms.

Theme preference, technical processing, and website measurement

If you choose a display theme, the website stores that theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site can apply your choice.

At the time this notice was prepared, Orchid did not load its own analytics, advertising, or session-replay tags on the public website. Vercel and other service providers may process technical request information and maintain logs needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, or operate their services. HubSpot may process technical information when a form is submitted or when you choose to visit its external scheduling page. This description reflects the reviewed website and may be updated if the site's practices change.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose business-contact and technical information to service providers that support website hosting and delivery, form processing and customer-relationship management, scheduling, communications, meetings, security, and business operations.
